3 Reasons Heat Pump Maintenance Is Non-Negotiable In A Minnesota Climate
Getting regular maintenance tune-ups is necessary to keep your heat pump working as it should. And there are several more advantages too. Here are just a few…
Reason 1
Longer Life
Regular tune-ups help prolong the life of your heat pump. When working optimally and not having to struggle, your heat pump is able to achieve its full lifespan.
Reason 2
More Efficiency
With regular maintenance, your heat pump is able to give you greater energy efficiency. This means lower utility bills and greater indoor comfort.
Reason 3
Keep You Safe
Heat pumps work hard year-round, which can make them more susceptible to refrigerant leaks and electrical issues. Regular tune-ups help prevent these issues and keep you safe.
How Our Heat Pump Tune-Ups Work
At Priority, we deliver only the most comprehensive heat pump maintenance tune ups. Here’s how it works…
Our 21-Point Inspection Checklist
With over two and a half decades in the HVAC industry, we know a thing or two about keeping your heat pump running optimally. We’ve even compiled a 21-point inspection checklist to ensure we look at and check everything. Some of the items on our checklist include:
- Cleaning drain lines
- Inspecting electrical parts
- Adjusting refrigerant fluids
- Checking condenser and evaporator coils
Our checklist ensures your heat pump system gives you better efficiency and helps give it a longer life. But it also ensures you’re getting all the advantages of a smooth-running heat pump – excellent indoor comfort, lower energy bills, and lower repair costs (if needed).
