Today Priority Heating and cooling came out to service our AC unit that was not working. They were able to send out a service technician very quickly.Service technician Jack was able to troubleshoot the problem and remedy it in less than 30 minutes. Jack is a very professional and polite person. He is knowledgeable and personable. Overall, the experience with Jack and Priority has been nothing but the best and we hope to do future business with them.

I had Priority Heating and Cooling out for a maintenance check/clean before we get into winter. He spotted a blower that should be replaced. So happy we found this in August and not in January! Fair price and I don't have to worry about an unexpected failure in the middle of winter!

Scott came out very late on a Monday night and quickly got our 40 year old HVAC system going again. However, we knew we were operating on borrowed time. Even though it was late, Scott spent quite a bit of time explaining what was going on with our current system and was very informative about our options for replacing it. Surprisingly, the new system was available the next day. Installation only took a day, so we were back to normal with minimal disruption which was much appreciated as we were in a heat wave. The gift box of locally made food items when all was said and done was a nice touch also.

Jack, James, and Scott were all so kind, professional, and efficient! They did such an amazing job and our AC has been working so well! I highly recommend and will be a returning customer!

I had a fantastic experience with Priority Heating & Cooling Inc, and a special shoutout to Scott on their team who went above and beyond to help. My laundry room started to flood on the weekend. I had a little hiccup with the AI weekend receptionist, and Scott saw the transcript of the call, called me back, and came over to inspect the flooding - all in less than an hour. My AC unit was dying and had a burnt wire. He patiently walked me through the different options (repair vs replace) and the pros and cons to each. I've known my AC unit was on its last legs for a few years now (even with repairs), so I opted for a new one. The team came out that Wednesday to install the new AC unit, but the concrete pad was deeply cracked and had a large hole in it; there were concerns that the foundation wasn't stable enough to support the new AC unit long term. We decided to wait to install the AC unit until we could find out if the HOA would help replace the concrete slab (unfortunately they won’t) and research what concrete options were available. Scott saw the report and the photos from his colleagues and knew that it could be weeks or longer before a concrete company could come out (which I was quickly learning). HE called ME to see if he could find a workable solution in the meantime while I found a concrete group. That way, I wouldn’t have to go so long without AC. He came over the next day, created a stable base and installed the AC unit. I cannot express how grateful I am to have AC during a few of these heat waves and how thankful I am that Scott reached out to me to propose a solution, so I could take my time, make an informed decision, and find a concrete solution within my budget. Time and again, Priority Heating and Cooling Inc. has gone above and beyond to provide quality service. Also truly – a huge shoutout and thank you to Scott. It is technicians like him that make people loyalty to a company forever.

I have had great experiences with Priority Heating and Cooling both times I have used them. Jack was my tech who came out for an AC tune up today and was great! Very thorough and great communication. I have had them perform regular maintenance on both my Furnace and AC unit this year and both techs who came out were great. They performed the work that I needed and didn't try to sell any additional upgrades like I have experienced often with other companies. I was so happy with their work that I have signed up for their yearly maintenance Bronze membership package.

The guys are out today to look at One of our commercial air-conditioning units. They were here a day early, which was fantastic. They solved the problem very easily with a great solution that worked for everyone. Appreciate the excellent service!
