I have nothing but praise for Priority Heating & Cooling. Started with a furnace cleaning service. My furnace was 20+ years old. They gave me an honest assessment. No pressure. When I made the decision to replace it, I received a very informative consult on my options. Again, no pressure. I now have a new furnace that I'm very happy with, at a very appropriate price level.
The customer service is A1. Responsive, friendly, professional. I will continue to recommend Priority Heating & Cooling to anyone in need. And I will use them if I need any AC service as well.

Very deliberate and thorough
Scott did a great job, as usual, with regular maintenance and recommendations. He always spends plenty of time and is very deliberate and thorough in his work. I would recommend Scott and this HVAC company to others.
Worth more than I paid
I contacted them for a quote on new furnace and ac. She scheduled a inspection... He showed up on time. He reviewed options and detailed pricing. Maybe I could have saved a few bucks by getting many quotes. When the day came for the install. 2 guys showed up. They were here 5 minutes early. They didn't stop till the job was done. I was expecting a 2 day install. It was done the same day. I have a older home which made the install a little challenging. They over came all obstacles . Remember you get what you pay for. This company was worth more than I paided. Thank you.
Highly recommend Priority
We had our ducts and air vents cleaned today. The gentlemen were kind, courteous, professional and gracious. They spent all day cleaning our vents and ducts making sure we are breathing fresh & clean air. The air even sounds cleaner!

Today Priority Heating and cooling came out to service our AC unit that was not working. They were able to send out a service technician very quickly.Service technician Jack was able to troubleshoot the problem and remedy it in less than 30 minutes. Jack is a very professional and polite person. He is knowledgeable and personable. Overall, the experience with Jack and Priority has been nothing but the best and we hope to do future business with them.
Very thorough
Spoke with the owner, James. He was very helpful. He had someone over the next morning. Scott was the gentleman's name. Great guy and a great tech. It was a pleasure to have him here taking care of our HVAC. He was very thorough and efficient. He fixed the problem and also, at no charge, took care of some things that the company that installed our furnace and a/c didn't do. Very impressed. Thanks Scott!

The guys are out today to look at One of our commercial air-conditioning units. They were here a day early, which was fantastic. They solved the problem very easily with a great solution that worked for everyone. Appreciate the excellent service!
High quality communication
The priority tech came out to clean out our second floor laundry vent to the roof. Price quoted before their job started was very reasonable. the work entailed more than originally estimated and they stuck to the original quote. you just don't see that these days. High quality communication with the office and with the tech. I would use them again in a heartbeat and recommend them.
They did a great job
Priority Heating ran natural gas lines to my new gas grill and fire table on my deck. They did a great job, I was very happy with the quality of their work. I have used Priority Heating a couple of times and been completely satisfied both times.

These guys were great
These guys were great to work with as we are finishing our basement. Their communication throughout the process (bid, pre-work, during, and after) was outstanding. They cleaned up extremely well after their work was done and went above and beyond to explain everything they completed. I have had great experiences with Priority Heating and Cooling both times I have used them. Jack was my tech who came out for an AC tune up today and was great! Very thorough and great communication. I have had them perform regular maintenance on both my Furnace and AC unit this year and both techs who came out were great. They performed the work that I needed and didn't try to sell any additional upgrades like I have experienced often with other companies. I was so happy with their work that I have signed up for their yearly maintenance Bronze membership package.

Professional people who focus on you the homeowner. They take the time to do the job right, and they answer any questions as they go. I would not hesitate to have my next HVAC work performed by Priority Heating & Cooling. The 10yr parts and labor warranty they offer is just gravy on top too.
FOLLOW UP: I had a new furnace installed and moved the location. Priority understood my goal was to create more usable space and they created a design that worked really well with the furnace and duct work changes. 100% recommend them.

Quick resolution!
Priority has really come through for me! Last spring I joined their maintenance program since my equipment is about 12 years old and I want to ensure it lasts. The spring and fall tune-ups have been great to ease my mind and prevent issues before my climate is impacted. My heat just failed this weekend and they were able to squeeze me in same day for diagnosing the problem. They returned today to resolve the problem. Clear and direct communication along with quick resolution! Very professional! I love this small business!

We have used Priority Heating for our furnace and air conditioner checks, dryer vent cleaning and they have also installed an April Air Humidifier to our furnace. They are very professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend James and his team.

Description of Work: We had James come to our home and look at our water heater that was 16 years old and not heating the water well enough for 2 people to shower. He suggested a energy efficient water heater that was affordable and could easily handle our family of 5. He came back the very next day and installed the new water heater in just a few hours. The new water heater works great. He did disposed of our old water heater and cleaned up perfect. While at our home he also took a look at our water humidifier on our furnace and made a few quick adjustments to get it working better as part of his
Fantastic service
Furnace quit working on the coldest day called Priority heating . Was given an expected arrival time they were here before est time. Scott quickly diagnosed the issue and was up and running with in timeframe given at a reasonable price for emergency service call - appreciate the fantastic service from Scott and team.
Amazing service!
Our AC quit on a Friday night right before the 90+ degree weather. On Saturday, I did everything I could with changing the filter and cleaning the unit outside, but it needed a repair. I called and left a message and within 20 minutes got a call and within two hours a tech was there to fix it. Thankfully it was a simple coil fix, but the tech did a thorough job of confirming everything was working and he explained why it probably went bad and what I can do to prevent it. They covered the coil under warranty and all I had to pay was for a trip charge. Great company!

Quickly found the problem
I came home Friday afternoon to find my furnace wasn't working. Last time this happened it was the dirty furnace filter that caused the furnace to overheat which turns itself off. I had to call in a repairman who simply hit a reset button. I figured it was the same thing this time so I replaced the filter. I got out the manual and found the reset button but it didn't do anything when pressed. I looked online and found another possible problem. I tried it but no luck so I called in the professionals, Prioirty Heating and Cooling who I found Angie's List. I left a message which James promptly returned. He would've come right over but it was getting late and I didn't need the furnace so we set up another time. James was prompt and quickly found the problem. It was Sunday so he couldn't get the replacement part so he came over Monday morning and replaced it. The price was very, very reasonable. He didn't charge a minimum for coming out, just based on the hourly rate. I will definitely call him again! Hopefully not for a long time.
Outstanding service
A part in our new furnace failed this weekend. Within 3 hours of calling (on a Saturday) a technician was onsite to take care of the issue. Outstanding service- highly recommend.
