Bootstrap Background
This company wasn’t just handed over to our owner, James. He worked hard to get to where he is and to establish Priority as a local, reputable company. You see, he got a little lost when starting college.
Like a lot of teens, he didn’t have much direction. But when his dad threatened to cut off his college funds if he didn’t pull it together, James found his calling in heating and cooling.
You could say he pulled himself up by his bootstraps and built this company brick by brick…or, in our case, HVAC system by HVAC system. And this value of hard work has stayed strong for over 25 years.
Fun Company Culture
We’re a small company, so our employees are more like family than co-workers. We take time out to celebrate birthdays and holidays. When one of us has a personal problem, we step in and help each other out.
